Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from support@audiovantix.com with your order details. Our team immediately begins preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier system. If you have not received tracking information please contact us at support@audiovantix.com or call 888-865-1086.
Out of Stock Items
If your item is not available for immediate shipment we will notify you via email. You may choose a replacement item if available or receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Carriers
Orders ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx or freight carriers for large or oversized items. Large freight shipments require a delivery appointment and our team will contact you to schedule it.
Important Shipping Information
We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered we will request an alternate physical address. If no alternate address is provided the order may be canceled and refunded. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, brand, weight and location.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send 3–5 photos or a short video showing the issue. Once approved a replacement will ship within 1 business day. Return shipping costs are covered by Audio Vantix. Replacement delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Missing or Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package check around your property and with neighbors. If the package cannot be located we offer a one-time replacement after review. If tracking shows delivery to the wrong ZIP code we will immediately send a replacement at no cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window orders must follow our return policy.
Refund Processing
If eligible for a refund it will be issued to your original payment method. Approval occurs within 1–2 business days after review. Financial institutions may take 7–15 business days to process funds.
