What is Audio Vantix?
Audio Vantix is an authorized dealer of premium hi-fi audio equipment, serving customers across the United States from our base in Orlando, Florida. Every product we carry is 100% genuine, sourced through authorized distribution channels, and backed by full manufacturer warranties.
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier system. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Total estimated delivery is 8–15 business days.
2. How are orders shipped?
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or specialized freight carriers for oversized items. We will contact you at support@audiovantix.com if there are any special shipping circumstances with your order.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time Audio Vantix ships within the United States only.
4. How do I check my order status?
Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number. Please note it may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your order ships. For additional questions contact us at support@audiovantix.com or call 888-865-1086.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at support@audiovantix.com with 3–5 photos or a short video showing the issue. Once approved we will ship a replacement the following business day at no cost to you. Please allow 5–10 business days for your replacement to arrive.
6. My package shows delivered but I can't find it.
Please check with neighbors and common delivery areas around your property first. If you still cannot locate your package contact us at support@audiovantix.com and we will investigate immediately. If the carrier delivered to the correct address we will provide a one-time replacement after review. If the carrier delivered to the wrong address we will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
7. How secure is your website?
All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways. Audio Vantix does not store your credit card information.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
