Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team by email or phone and we will guide you through the entire return process. Once your return is approved we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us 3–5 photos or a short video showing the issue and we will arrange a replacement shipment within 1 business day at no cost to you. All return shipping costs are covered by Audio Vantix.
Exchanges
Contact our support team to initiate an exchange. Once your return is approved send back the original item and we will help you place a new order for the correct product.
Non-Delivery
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package please check with neighbors and common delivery areas first. If the package still cannot be located we will provide a one-time replacement after review. If tracking shows delivery to an incorrect address we will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After this window orders must follow our standard return process.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected refund approval occurs within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take 7–15 business days to process the funds.
Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by Audio Vantix are 100% genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any issues beyond our return window please contact us and we will help facilitate your warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
